Sometimes the best Travel Plan is NO Plan

In this tech savvy world we do alot of homework before coming up with our final plan. It is same for travel as well. We search many sites, consider so many reviews and then plan our travel with every minute details and try hard to stick on the right schedule. But have it ever occurred to you that rather than having a perfect travel plan let's just pack your bag without thinking much about your travel destination and just leave to witness an unforgettable adventure.

Sometimes it is better to not have a travel plan and go with the flow. Here are few reasons which proves that these instantaneous trips are way cooler than any planned trip.

1. No expectation is equal to Delight
When we do lot of thesis we create an image in our mind that by doing these things our trip will be perfect. We create a list of things in our mind which we want to enjoy but most of the time because of one or the other reason it just never happens. No matter how hard we try but somehow we miss something and later regret it. On the other hand when we know least about our trip and the area we hardly expect anything from it. Our mind just enjoy whatever comes to it. It is the unmatchable excitement & joy of finding new perks of our trip.

2. Relaxation & More time
When you visit a place you wanted to visit from a very long time you plan to cover each & everything there. With a tight planned trip schedule you often end up exhausted rather being relaxed or enjoyed. I mean common admit it we only have 24 hrs in a day & travelling from one point to another often take lot of time. If you try to outrun time then you better be prepared with the exhausting outcome of it. Trust me if you don't let your body relaxed, it too will ditch you at the point when you want to relax & enjoy that place. But when you go on an unplanned trip you only care about the fun & enjoyment which comes with it and so you don't bother about covering all the points instead you make your own list which you want to cover as per the time permits you.

3. Save money
In a planned trip you often end up paying huge money because you want it to be perfect & hence don't want to compromise on anything be it your stay or the travel dates or any other leisure activity there. While in an unplanned trip you save great amount of money as per the last minute discount deals on stay or airfare etc. Plus you are making your plans as per the deals so you are not rigid about travel dates or anything which offer you better trip on low cost as we all know that long weekends and holidays at the time of peak season is always costlier than the rest of the time.

4. You create golden memories
When everything is spontaneous and unplanned, you actually create unforgettable memories & have the experience of your life. You care about enjoying those moments  rather than caring about clicking thousands of pictures so that you can get top 10-15 good pics of them & post it on social media to flaunt about your trip. After all we take trips to have a relaxed & fun time break from our hectic routine life.

5. Pleasant Surprises
Do you know how big this world is or even your own country. But whenever you plan a trip you only consider visiting those places which are already extremely commercialized & popularized as a tourist spot. I mean it is good to have a list of places you want to visit before you die and completing those checklist but on the same time it is also super fun sometimes to let the nature & world surprise you by its epitome beauty which may be underrated as a tourist destination. When you plan a trip suddenly you check for places nearby and may end up visiting that place where you would not have visited if you have planned it way in advance and when you land up there you discover a truly magnificent atmosphere, views & culture which pleasantly surprise you. I am not saying don't go Goa but it is not the only place in India where you can have chill on beaches. There are many more underrated beaches in India which are way more beautiful than goa beaches and as they are less commercialized so they are more cleaner.

It is good to plan your trip & congratulate yourself on planning a super perfect trip but sometimes it is also good to go on an unplanned trip & explore the excitement, joy & adventure of that trip. You never know what pleasant surprises are waiting for you and may be you end up enjoying these trips much more than you have imagined, as a good traveler is more of a explorer than a planner.
